Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On August 4, 2015, the Dentistry Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters DE 3, 11, and 15, relating to certificate for dental hygienist to administer nitrous oxide inhalation analgesia.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 002-15, was approved by the Governor on December 22, 2014, published in Register No. 709B, on January 26, 2015, and approved by the Dentistry Examining Board on March 4, 2015. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on September 2, 2015.
