Notice of submittal of proposed rule to
legislative council rules clearinghouse
On January 26, 2015, the Department of Natural Resources submitted proposed rule AM-24-12 to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.
Analysis
The proposed rule affects Chapters NR 400, 406, 407, and 445, Wis. Adm. Code, relating to increasing the operational efficiency of and simplifying the air permit process and affecting small business.
Statement of Scope
Statement of scope number SS 002-13 for this rule was approved by the Governor on December 28, 2012, published in Register No. 685 on January 31, 2013, and approved by the Natural Resources Board on March 27, 2013.
Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required. Hearings will be held on March 5 and 11, 2015.
