On December 22, 2014, the Department of Health Services submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Stats. Analysis
The Wisconsin Department of Health Services hereby proposes to repeal and recreate ch. DHS 178, relating to campgrounds and affecting small businesses. Statement of Scope
This rule is not subject to s. 227.135 (2), Stats., as affected by 2011 Wis. Act 21. The statement of scope for this rule, published in Register 641, on May 31, 2009, was sent to LRB prior to June 8, 2011, the effective date of 2011 Wis. Act 21. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
