sub. (11) when emissions are controlled by an oxidizer or demonstrate compliance for a web coating line by operating each capture system and each control device and continuous parameter monitoring according to the procedures in
sub. (10).

(a) If the affected source has only always-controlled work stations and operates more than one capture system or more than one control device, you shall demonstrate compliance in accordance with the provisions of either
