Compliance dates. Each owner or operator of any publication rotogravure printing affected source that is subject to the requirements of this chapter shall comply with this section on and after the compliance dates as specified in
s. NR 466.08.

(2) Emission limitation. The owner or operator of each publication rotogravure affected source shall limit organic HAP emissions to no more than 8% of the total volatile matter used each month.
