NR 273.076NR 273.076 Pretreatment standards for new sources. Except as provided in s. NR 211.13, any new source subject to this subchapter which introduces pollutants into a POTW shall comply with ch. NR 211 and achieve the limitations set forth in s. NR 273.073.

NR 273.08NR 273.08 Applicability; description of the zinc subcategory. This subchapter applies to the discharge of pollutants to waters of the state and the introduction of pollutants into POTWs from zinc forming.

NR 273.081NR 273.081 Discharge prohibitions. Any facility subject to this subchapter may not discharge process wastewater pollutants from the following sources:

NR 273.081(1)(1) Rolling spent neat oils;

NR 273.081(2)(2) Stationary casting contact cooling water; and

NR 273.081(3)(3) Degreasing spent solvents.

NR 273.082NR 273.082 Effluent limitations representing the degree of effluent reduction attainable by the application of the best practicable control technology currently available. Except as provided in 40 CFR 125.30 to 125.32, any existing point source subject to this subchapter shall achieve the following effluent limitations representing the degree of effluent reduction attainable by application of BPT:

NR 273.083NR 273.083 Effluent limitations representing the degree of effluent reduction attainable by the application of the best available technology economically achievable. Except as provided in 40 CFR 125.30 to 125.32, any existing point source subject to this subchapter shall achieve the following effluent limitations representing the degree of effluent reduction attainable by application of BAT:

NR 273.091NR 273.091 Discharge prohibitions.

NR 273.091(1)(1) Any facility subject to this subchapter may not discharge process wastewater pollutants from the following sources:

NR 273.091(1)(a)(a) Rolling spent neat oils;

NR 273.091(1)(b)(b) Drawing spent lubricants;

NR 273.091(1)(c)(c) Extrusion spent emulsions;

NR 273.091(1)(d)(d) Swaging spent neat oils;

NR 273.091(1)(e)(e) Wet air pollution control scrubber blowdown;

NR 273.091(1)(f)(f) Degreasing spent solvents;

NR 273.091(1)(g)(g) Degreasing rinse; and

NR 273.091(1)(h)(h) Swaging or grinding spent neat oils.
