NR 255.74NR 255.74 Pretreatment standards for existing sources.

NR 255.74(1)(1) Except as provided in 40 CFR 403.7 and 403.13, any existing source subject to this subchapter that introduces pollutants into a POTW shall comply with 40 CFR Part 403 and achieve the following pretreatment standards for existing sources:

NR 255.74(2)(2) There may be no discharge allowance for process wastewater pollutants from any battery manufacturing operation other than those battery manufacturing operations listed in tables 147 to 158.

NR 255.75NR 255.75 Pretreatment standards for new sources.

NR 255.75(1)(1) Except as provided in 40 CFR 403.7, any new source subject to this subchapter that introduces pollutants into a POTW shall comply with 40 CFR Part 403 and achieve the following pretreatment standards for new sources:
