NR 45.12(2)(c)5. 5. Outdoor group campgrounds at Council Grounds state park shall charge the following rates:

NR 45.12(2)(c)5.b. b. Site B, capacity of 32 people, with three electrical pedestals: $135 per night.
NR 45.12(2)(c)5.c. c. Site C, capacity of 22 people, with one electrical pedestal: $80 per night.
NR 45.12(2)(d) (d) All reservation, family and outdoor group camping fees are waived for persons with disabilities and their personal care attendants brought by a nonprofit organization recognized by the internal revenue service under 26 USC 501 (c) (1), (3) or (4) whose primary purpose is the improvement of the mental or physical health of the individual. The nonprofit organization shall apply to the department on the required forms for a department identification number prior to arrival at the property for which the fee waiver is sought. Memorial Day through Labor Day, fee waiver approvals may only be granted for Sunday through Thursday nights, and only with a prior camping reservation.

NR 45.12(3) (3) Trail fees.
NR 45.12(3)(a)(a) No person 16 years of age or older, except pedestrians or snowmobile or all-terrain vehicle riders, may use trails posted pursuant to par. (b) unless the person has in his or her possession a valid state trail pass.
NR 45.12(3)(b) (b) State trails and trails on other department lands on which a state trail pass is required shall be designated by the department with markers or signs.
NR 45.12(3)(c) (c) The state trail pass system consists of the following admission fees:

NR 45.12(4) (4) Other fees. No person may use any facility, land or area for which a fee or charge has been established by the department without payment of such fee or charge as listed in the following schedule: The fees listed in this subsection include the state sales tax.

NR 45.12(4)(c) (c) No person may use any concession or area without payment of applicable fees or charges established under contract between the department and concessionaire.
NR 45.12(4)(d) (d) Admission fees under s. 27.01 (9), Stats.
NR 45.12(4)(e) (e) Rock Island state park overnight boat mooring fee         $1.00 per foot of length per night
NR 45.12(4)(f) (f) Richard Bong state recreation area.
NR 45.12(4)(f)1.1. `Special use zone.' The zone shall be available to groups for special events by reservation for $25.00 per event. The reservation fee is nonrefundable.
NR 45.12(4)(f)2. 2. `Hunting zone.' A vehicle admission sticker, hunting and trapping license as well as hunting and trapping administrative fees are required for hunting and trapping in the Richard Bong state recreation area.
NR 45.12(4)(f)2.a. a. Pheasant hunting   $12.00 per person each day for adults and $7.00 per person who is age 17 or younger. In the event pheasant stocking cannot be done on the previous day or days, the pheasant hunting fee will be $5.00 per person each day.
NR 45.12(4)(f)2.b. b. All other hunting   $1.00/person/day
NR 45.12(4)(f)2.c. c. Trapping   $10.00 per season
NR 45.12(4)(f)2.d. d. Administrative fee. A hunting administrative fee of $3.00 shall be paid at the time the reservation is requested and is non-refundable once the reservation is confirmed.
NR 45.12(4)(g) (g) The department may grant building, shelter and picnic area reservations and shall upon request provide a list of parks and forests where reservations are accepted. The fees are:

NR 45.12(4)(g)2.b. b. Enclosed shelter with electricity and seating capacity less than 50   $80.00 per group per day,
except on northern state forests the fee is

NR 45.12(4)(g)2.c. c. Enclosed shelter with electricity and seating capacity more than 50   $100.00 per group per day.
NR 45.12(4)(g)3. 3. Picnic areas   $60.00 per group per day.
NR 45.12(4)(g)4. 4. McMiller sports center, Southern Unit Kettle Moraine — $100.00 per group per day during the period when the vehicle admission sticker is not required, and when operated by the department.
NR 45.12(4)(g)5. 5. Visitor center auditorium   $10 per hour, except for government sponsored activities.
NR 45.12(4)(g)6. 6. Other reservable facilities such as amphitheaters, overlooks, boat mooring areas, teepees and yurts: Fees to be established by the department.
NR 45.12(4)(g)7. 7. Reservations are made directly with property staff and may be accepted up to 11 months in advance of the rental date. Applicants who cancel a reservation at least 21 days in advance shall receive a refund of 50 percent of the facility rate payment less a $10.00 reservation fee. Refunds will not be given for cancellation requests received less than 21 days before the facility was to be rented.
NR 45.12(4)(h) (h) Visitors using areas posted subject to self-registration requirements for either vehicle admission stickers, trail passes, mooring fees or camping fees shall pay an additional $5.00 registration fee if they fail to properly self-register or pay at the park office.
NR 45.12(4)(i) (i) Use of dump station for non-registered campers $10.00, in addition to park sticker.
NR 45.12(4)(j) (j) The department may charge participants of department sponsored special events or programs a fee sufficient to cover the cost of providing the program.
NR 45.12(4)(k) (k) The fee for a commercial use permit shall be $50.00 per year, in addition to any applicable admission fee.
NR 45.12(4)(L) (L) The department may determine and charge a fee for special events that includes a base fee plus the actual costs to the department that are anticipated as a result of the event. In determining the base fee and costs, the department may consider impacts including but not limited to all of the following:
NR 45.12(4)(L)1. 1. The number of participants or spectators anticipated for the special event.
NR 45.12(4)(L)2. 2. Additional department staff time required as a result of the special event.
NR 45.12(4)(L)3. 3. Additional maintenance of the property required as a result of the special event.
NR 45.12(4)(L)4. 4. Additional services provided by the department.
NR 45.12(5) (5)This section does not apply to department lands under lease or agreement which provides otherwise. No person may use any facilities without proper payment of appropriate fees established by a lessee or contractor.

NR 45.13 NR 45.13 Specific property rules.
NR 45.13(1)(1)State natural areas — general. Within the boundaries of state natural areas posted with appropriate signs:
NR 45.13(1)(a) (a) No person may take, catch, kill, trap, pursue or remove any wild animal, without written permission from the department. Unless otherwise posted, a person may hunt, fish or trap in accordance with the open seasons as established by chs. NR 10 and 20.
NR 45.13(1)(c) (c) No person may destroy, remove or attempt to remove any plant or plant part, without permission from the department except as provided for in s. NR 45.04 (1) (a) 1. and 2.
NR 45.13(1)(e) (e) No person may engage in rock climbing except at the Dalles of the St. Croix state natural area in Interstate state park and the East Bluff state natural area at Devil's Lake state park, or other areas where the management plan allows rock climbing and in which climbing is allowed by posted notice.
NR 45.13(1m) (1m) Dells of the Wisconsin river state natural area.
NR 45.13(1m)(a)(a) No person may enter or be in the Dells of the Wisconsin River state natural area, including sandbars, between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and the following 5:00 a.m. from May 15th to September 15th, and between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and the following 5:00 a.m. from September 16th to May 14th except where the department has waived these hours and established different hours for special events and programs.
NR 45.13(1m)(b) (b) No person may possess any glass containers in the Dells of the Wisconsin River state natural area.
NR 45.13(1m)(c) (c) No person may light a fire or use a charcoal grill in the Dells of the Wisconsin River state natural area.
