NR 11.22 NR 11.22 Closed area, bowhunting only and trapping allowed by special permit. Each of the following areas is established as a closed area that no person may discharge any firearm or air gun upon such areas except to dispatch an animal caught in a trap or to trap by permit as authorized under s. NR 11.09:
