ATCP 160.39(1)(1) The age of exhibitors in the senior citizens division is limited to persons 62 years of age or over. ATCP 160.39(2)(2) Exhibitors in the senior citizens division may not enter identical items or articles in both the senior citizens division and the corresponding classes of the regular open division. ATCP 160.39(3)(3) State aid may not be used to award more than one premium to an exhibitor in a premium or lot number in the senior citizens division. ATCP 160.39(4)(4) State aid may not be used to award a premium to an exhibitor who exhibits an item that has been exhibited in the senior citizens division previously in a state aid funded fair in that calendar year and resulted in a premium being awarded for that item.
