Adm 42.01   Authority.

Adm 42.02   Schedule of fees.

Adm 42.01 Adm 42.01 Authority. Section 16.115, Stats., requires the department of administration to establish a schedule of fees to be paid by nuclear power plant operators.

Adm 42.01 Note Note: s. 16.115 (2), Stats., directs the department to establish a second schedule of annual fees which shall begin with the operation of a regional low-level radioactive disposal facility.

Adm 42.02 Adm 42.02 Schedule of fees.

Adm 42.02(1) (1) The following is the schedule of fees to be paid by nuclear power plant operators for each nuclear reactor:

Adm 42.02(1)(a) (a) Fiscal year 1986-87 =   $9,950.00

Adm 42.02(1)(b) (b) Fiscal year 1987-88 =   $12,450.00

Adm 42.02(1)(c) (c) Fiscal year 1988-89 =   $15,175.00

Adm 42.02(1)(d) (d) Fiscal year 1989-90 =   $30,200.00

Adm 42.02(1)(e) (e) Each fiscal year thereafter =   $2,925.00

Adm 42.02 Note Note: Fiscal years run from July 1 of the first year, through June 30 of the second year.

Adm 42.02(2) (2) The amounts in the schedule shall be due and payable to the department of administration before the end of the appropriate fiscal year.
