SB45-SSA2-SA26,32,1814(a) No later than December 31, 2026, the Board of Regents of the University of
15Wisconsin System shall produce an organizational review and efficiency study with
16a focus on declining student enrollment and future operational analysis. The Board
17of Regents shall contract by means of competitive bid with an auditing firm or
18business consultancy with experience in analyzing higher educational institutions.

20administrative processes, resource allocation, inventory of operations, and
21programming. The study shall examine key performance indicators such as cost

1(c) The studys research may include interviews of key stakeholders, such as

6improving the systems already in place. The study may explore how
7interdepartmental communication and collaboration impact overall efficiency,
