The study may explore how interdepartmental communication and collaboration impact overall efficiency, particularly in areas like curriculum development and facilities management.

SB45-SSA2-SA26,33,12 (e) The anticipated outcomes of the study may include a comprehensive efficiency report, a set of evidence-based recommendations for organizational improvement, and a scalable framework for other universities to assess and improve their operational efficiency.
