SB4-SA1,1,93“(c) 1. No health care provider may decline to enter into a direct primary care 4agreement with a patient, terminate a direct primary care agreement with a 5patient, or otherwise discriminate against a patient in the provision of health care 6services under a direct primary care agreement on the basis of race, color, 7citizenship status, national origin, religious belief or affiliation, sex, disability, 8genetic information, existence of a preexisting medical condition, age, sexual 9orientation, or gender identity. SB4-SA1,1,11102. Nothing in this section shall be construed to limit the application of s. 11106.52 to a health care provider’s practice.”.
