SB34-SA1,1,443. Page 2, line 8: delete lines 8 and 9 and substitute:
SB34-SA1,1,651. Files with the commission the sworn statement and identity verification

SB34-SA1,1,774. Page 2, line 10: delete $1,000 and substitute $2,500.
SB34-SA1,1,1085. Page 2, line 11: delete that line and substitute governor, lieutenant

SB34-SA1,2,2116. Page 2, line 12: delete the material beginning with $250 and ending with

1statewide on line 13, and substitute $500 to the commission if the person is a
2candidate for U.S. representative in congress.
SB34-SA1,2,337. Page 3, line 1: delete lines 1 to 3 and substitute:
SB34-SA1,2,544. Pays a fee of $250 to the commission if the person is a candidate for state
5senate or representative to the assembly.
SB34-SA1,2,136(b) 1. Each person withdrawing his or her candidacy under par. (a) shall
7complete and file with the commission a sworn statement, which shall be notarized
8and made under oath, on a form prescribed by the commission attesting that the
9person withdraws his or her candidacy and that verifies the persons identity, as
10provided in this paragraph. The form shall include a space for the candidate to
11state his or her reasons for withdrawing from candidacy, the date of completion of
12the form, the candidates printed name, the candidates signature, and the
13signature of the witness under subd. 2.
SB34-SA1,2,23142. The candidates completion of the form required under subd. 1. shall be
15personally witnessed by a county clerk, county sheriff, or municipal chief of police in
16this state, who shall verify the candidates identity by means of an operators
17license issued under ch. 343, an identification card issued under s. 343.50, an
18identification card issued by a U.S. uniformed service, or a U.S. passport, except
19that the identify of a candidate for president or vice president who is not a resident
20of this state may be verified by means of a driver's license or identification card
21issued by the candidates state of residence in lieu of such license or identification
22issued by this state. A copy of the candidates license, identification, or passport
23shall be submitted to the commission with the form required under subd. 1.
SB34-SA1,3,424(c) A candidates withdrawal of his or her candidacy prior to the partisan

1primary or general election shall not alter the ballot order of the remaining
2candidates if upon the candidates compliance with pars. (a) and (b) the commission
3has already determined the ballot arrangement for the partisan primary or general
4election.
SB34-SA1,3,85(d) No later than the 5th business day before the June 10 preceding the
6partisan primary or before the 4th Tuesday in August preceding the general
7election, the commission shall notify the county clerk in each affected county of any
8person who has withdrawn his or her candidacy by complying with pars. (a) and (b).
SB34-SA1,3,119(e) A presidential candidates withdrawal of his or her candidacy under pars.
10(a) and (b) constitutes a withdrawal of that candidates joint ticket for president and
11vice president of the United States..
