SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE BILL 222

SB222-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB222-SA1,1,2 1. Page 6, line 10: delete lines 10 to 16.

SB222-SA1,1,3 2. Page 6, line 21: delete “sub. (3),” and substitute “subs. (3) to (5),”.

SB222-SA1,1,4 3. Page 8, line 4: after that line insert:

SB222-SA1,1,6 “(5) Whoever violates sub. (2) is guilty of a Class B felony if the victim, as a direct result of the violation, dies.”.

SB222-SA1,1,7 4. Page 9, line 21: delete “or” and substitute “or”.

SB222-SA1,1,9 5. Page 9, line 21: delete the material beginning with “or s.” and ending with “943.31,” on line 22 and substitute “or 942.095 (5),”.
