1At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB8-AA1,1,221. Page 6, line 17: delete lines 17 and 18 and substitute:

AB8-AA1,1,83“(c) 1. No health care provider may decline to enter into a direct primary care
4agreement with a patient, terminate a direct primary care agreement with a
5patient, or otherwise discriminate against a patient in the provision of health care
6services under a direct primary care agreement on the basis of race, color, national
7origin, religious belief or affiliation, sex, disability, age, sexual orientation, or
8gender identity.

AB8-AA1,1,1092. Nothing in this section shall be construed to limit the application of s.
10106.52 to a health care provider’s practice.”.
