(4), the department or, with the 5department’s approval, the county department or licensed child welfare agency may 6make emergency payments for foster care to foster homes that are receiving 7payments under sub. (4) if any of the following conditions are met: AB50-ASA2-AA8,107,1081. The governor has declared a state of emergency pursuant to s. 323.10, or 9the federal government has declared a major disaster under 42 USC 68, that covers 10the locality of the foster home.
