AB50-ASA2-AA1,18,98(b) Mental health literacy and stigma reduction programs for pupils and 9adults. AB50-ASA2-AA1,18,1210(c) Collaborating or contracting with community mental health providers, 11consultants, organizations, cooperative educational service agencies, and other 12experts to provide consultation, training, mentoring, and coaching. AB50-ASA2-AA1,18,1313(d) Parent training and informational events. AB50-ASA2-AA1,18,1414(e) Assistance programs for pupils and families. AB50-ASA2-AA1,18,1515(f) Mental health navigators. AB50-ASA2-AA1,18,1616(g) Mental health system planning. AB50-ASA2-AA1,18,1717(h) Translator and interpreter services. AB50-ASA2-AA1,18,1918(i) School-employed mental health professionals who are accessible to all 19pupils and for whom a reimbursement is not made under s. 115.364 (2) (a). AB50-ASA2-AA1,18,2120(j) Setting up spaces and purchasing equipment suitable for mental health 21telehealth service delivery. AB50-ASA2-AA1,18,2322(k) Projects designed to assist minors experiencing problems resulting from 23the use of alcohol or other drugs or to prevent alcohol or other drug use by minors. AB50-ASA2-AA1,18,2424(L) Telehealth services, as defined in s. 440.01 (1) (hm). AB50-ASA2-AA1,19,1
1(2) The following costs are ineligible for reimbursement under sub. (1): AB50-ASA2-AA1,19,22(a) Payments for direct treatment services or insurance deductibles. AB50-ASA2-AA1,19,33(b) Training that is not related to pupil mental health. AB50-ASA2-AA1,19,44(c) Staff salaries for positions that are not related to pupil mental health. AB50-ASA2-AA1,19,55(d) Indirect costs of regular school operations. AB50-ASA2-AA1,19,86(3) (a) In each school year, the amount the state superintendent reimburses a 7school board or operator of an independent charter school under sub. (1) may not 8exceed the greater of the following: AB50-ASA2-AA1,19,11102. $100 multiplied by the number of pupils enrolled in the school district or 11charter school in the previous school year. AB50-ASA2-AA1,19,1512(b) If the appropriation under s. 20.255 (2) (dt) in any fiscal year is insufficient 13to pay the full amount of aid under sub. AB50-ASA2-AA1,22,2321(e) “Free-meal reimbursement amount” means the reimbursement amount in 22the previous school year for a school meal provided to a pupil who satisfies the 23income eligibility for a free lunch under the federal school lunch program. 1(f) “Ineligible pupil” means a pupil who does not satisfy the income eligibility 2criteria for a free or reduced-price lunch under 42 USC 1758 (b) (1). AB50-ASA2-AA1,23,43(g) “Paid-meal reimbursement amount” means the reimbursement amount in 4the previous school year for a school meal provided to an ineligible pupil. AB50-ASA2-AA1,23,65(h) “Reduced-price-meal reimbursement amount” means the reimbursement 6amount in the previous school year for a school meal provided to an eligible pupil. AB50-ASA2-AA1,23,97(i) “Reimbursement amount” means the national average payment rate for a 8school meal, as announced by the food and nutrition service of the federal 9department of agriculture in the federal register. AB50-ASA2-AA1,23,1210(j) “School meal” means a lunch made available under the federal school 11lunch program, a meal supplement made available under the federal school lunch 12program, or a breakfast made available under the federal school breakfast program. AB50-ASA2-AA1,23,1613(2) Eligibility. An educational agency is eligible for payments under this 14section if the educational agency does not charge pupils for school meals for which 15the educational agency receives reimbursement under the federal school breakfast 16program or the federal school lunch program. AB50-ASA2-AA1,23,1917(3) Annual payment. From the appropriation under s. 20.255 (2) (ck), in the 182026-27 school year and each school year thereafter, the state superintendent shall 19pay to each educational agency the sum of all of the following: AB50-ASA2-AA1,23,2320(a) The total number of lunches provided by the educational agency to eligible 21pupils under the federal school lunch program in the previous school year 22multiplied by the difference between the reduced-price-meal reimbursement 23amount for a lunch and the free-meal reimbursement amount for a lunch.
