19On January 1, 2027, 17.5 FTE FED positions in the department of administration,
20funded from the appropriation under s. 20.505 (1) (mb), and the incumbent
21employees holding those positions are transferred to the employment relations
22commission, and the funding for the positions is changed to the GPR appropriation
23under s. 20.425 (1) (a). Employees transferred under this subsection have all the
24rights and the same status under ch. 230 in the employment relations commission

1that they enjoyed in the department of administration immediately before the
2transfer. Notwithstanding s. 230.28 (4), no employee transferred under this
3subsection who has attained permanent status in class is required to serve a
4probationary period.

2moneys received in each fiscal year from the crime victim services surcharge under
3s. 973.0452, are insufficient to provide grants to crime victim services
4organizations under s. 165.935. If the secretary determines under this subsection
5that moneys received are insufficient, the secretary shall determine the amount of
6the supplement, but the secretary may not determine an amount that is larger than
7the difference between $44,500,000 and the sum of the moneys received in each
8fiscal year under 34 USC 20103 plus the moneys received in each fiscal year under
9s. 973.0452.
