AB304-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB304-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 3: after “disorders” insert “and making an appropriation”.

AB304-AA1,1,3 2. Page 1, line 4: before that line insert:

AB304-AA1,1,11 “Section 1. 20.005 (3) (schedule) of the statutes: at the appropriate place, insert the following amounts for the purposes indicated:

AB304-AA1,2 Section 2. 20.505 (1) (ak) of the statutes is created to read:

AB304-AA1,2,3 20.505 (1) (ak) Grant to Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. The amounts in the schedule to provide the grant under 2025 Wisconsin Act .... (this act), section 9101 (1).

AB304-AA1,3 Section 3. 20.505 (1) (ak) of the statutes, as created by 2025 Wisconsin Act .... (this act), is repealed.”.

AB304-AA1,2,6 3. Page 2, line 8: after that line insert:

AB304-AA1,2,7 “Section 9401. Effective dates; Administration.

AB304-AA1,2,11 (1) Grant to Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. This act takes effect on the day after publication, or on the 2nd day after publication of the 2025 biennial budget act, whichever is later, except that the repeal of s. 20.505 (1) (ak) takes effect on July 1, 2026.”.
