AB103-AA1,1,221. Page 3, line 5: delete “any of”.

AB103-AA1,1,432. Page 3, line 6: delete the material beginning with that line and ending
4with page 4, line 16, and substitute:

AB103-AA1,1,85“1. For a minor pupil, the pupil’s parent or guardian submits to the principal
6a written notarized statement requesting that the pupil’s name, pronouns, or name
7and pronouns, be changed in the pupil’s official records and includes in the
8statement the requested name, pronouns, or name and pronouns.

AB103-AA1,1,1292. For a pupil who is 18 years of age or older, the pupil submits to the principal
10a written notarized statement requesting that the pupil’s name, pronouns, or name
