SB775,,33Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau Currently, the Office of Energy Innovation in the Public Service Commission administers the Energy Innovation Grant Program, which is funded with federal money from the 2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. The EIGP awards grants for projects related to energy efficiency and innovation.
This bill appropriates $10,000,000 in general purpose revenue in each fiscal year of the 2023-25 fiscal biennium for the EIGP.
