SB670,,33Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau Under current law, no city, village, town, or county may enact or enforce an ordinance that imposes a moratorium on a landlord from pursuing an eviction action against a tenant of the landlord’s residential or commercial property.
This bill repeals that provision.
