108.133 (1) (a) 1. Notwithstanding s. 108.02 (9), “controlled substance” has the meaning given in 21 USC 802, except as provided in subd. 2. SECTION 28n. 108.133 (1) (a) 2. of the statutes is created to read:
108.133 (1) (a) 2. “Controlled substance” does not include tetrahydrocannabinols, commonly known as “THC,” in any form including tetrahydrocannabinols contained in marijuana, obtained from marijuana, or chemically synthesized.”.
****NOTE: This definition was inadvertently omitted. It is necessary and is included in the analysis to the bill.
