SB722-SA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB722-SA3,1,4 1. Page 3, line 23: delete “jail, or other criminal detention" and substitute “and the sheriff or other keeper of a jail or other criminal detention facility shall authorize an emergency transfer of an individual from a jail or other criminal detention".

SB722-SA3,1,6 2. Page 3, line 24: delete “or" and substitute “or, if the person has been sentenced to prison, to".

SB722-SA3,1,7 3. Page 3, line 25: delete “45.056" and substitute “ 45.056,".
