SB364-SA1,1,3 21. Page 1, line 4: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with
3page 2, line 3, and substitute:

SB364-SA1,1,4 4“ Section 1m. 71.98 (1) of the statutes is amended to read:

SB364-SA1,1,95 71.98 (1) Health savings accounts. Sections 106 (d), 220 (f) (5) (A), 223, and
6408 (d) (9) of the Internal Revenue Code, all as amended to December 31, 2010, and
7relating to health savings accounts, except that section 223 (c) of the Internal
8Revenue Code in effect for federal purposes applies for taxable years beginning after
9December 31, 2021.”.
