1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
21. Page 4, line 22: delete lines 22 to 24 and substitute:
3“(6) Administrative expenses. A recipient of a grant under sub. (2) may
4annually expend no more than 8 percent of the amount received under sub. (2) for
5administrative or indirect costs and expenses.”.
