SB266-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB266-SA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 5: delete lines 5 to 15 and substitute:

SB266-SA1,1,3 “ Section 2m. 71.26 (1) (i) of the statutes is created to read:

SB266-SA1,1,7 71.26 (1) (i) Broadband expansion grants. Income received in the form of a grant issued by the state or by the federal government for broadband expansion in this state. No person may claim the exemption under this paragraph for amounts claimed as an exemption under sub. (3) (ag) 2. a.

SB266-SA1,3m Section 3m. 71.34 (1k) (q) of the statutes is created to read:

SB266-SA1,1,12 71.34 (1k) (q) A deduction shall be allowed for the amount of income received in the form of a grant issued by the state or by the federal government for broadband expansion in this state. No person may claim a deduction under this paragraph for amounts claimed as an exemption under par. (af) 1.”.
