SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE BILL 109

SB109-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB109-SA1,1,4 1. Page 1, line 2: delete lines 2 and 3 and substitute “all-terrain or utility terrain vehicle on a highway by or at the direction of a municipality or an electric cooperative.”.

SB109-SA1,1,5 2. Page 2, line 9: after that line insert:

SB109-SA1,1,6 “ Section 2m. 23.33 (4) (c) 1g. of the statutes is created to read:

SB109-SA1,1,10 23.33 (4) (c) 1g. Paragraphs (a) and (b) do not apply to the operator of an all-terrain vehicle or utility terrain vehicle while the operator is engaged in activities at the direction of and under contract with a municipality or electric cooperative, if safety does not require strict adherence to these restrictions.”.
