AB298-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB298-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 6: delete “clerk" and substitute “ clerk, or, in a 1st class city, of both the governing body by majority vote and the municipal clerk,".

AB298-AA1,1,4 2. Page 3, line 2: after that line insert:

AB298-AA1,1,5 “ Section 4c. 5.25 (3) (d) of the statutes is created to read:

AB298-AA1,1,7 5.25 (3) (d) Nothing in this subsection alters the authority of election inspectors to adjourn to another location for voting on election day subject to s. 7.37 (1).”.
