1 At the locations indicated, amend the amendment as follows:

21. Page 2, line 12: delete the material beginning with ““The eligible”" and
3ending with “eligible”." on line 13 and substitute “lines 9 and 10.”.

42. Page 2, line 16: after that line insert:

5“5m. Page 11, line 2: after “decrease." insert “The authority shall keep
6confidential all information an owner of rental housing submits to the authority
7under this subd. 1. c.".”.

83. Page 2, line 19: after that line insert:

9“6m. Page 12, line 1: delete “approving the developer's loan" and substitute
10“having jurisdiction of the eligible project”.”.
