2023 WISCONSIN ACT 266
An Act to amend 118.01 (2) (c) 8. of the statutes; relating to: directing school boards to provide instruction on Hmong Americans and Asian Americans.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
266,1Section 1. 118.01 (2) (c) 8. of the statutes is amended to read:
118.01 (2) (c) 8. At all grade levels, an understanding of human relations, particularly with regard to American Indians, Black Americans and, Hispanics, Hmong Americans, and Asian Americans.
