2023 WISCONSIN ACT 106

An Act to amend 281.58 (8) (a) 2.; and to create 281.58 (7) (b) 8. of the statutes; relating to: funding for reduction of infiltration and inflow in connecting laterals and sewer lines.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

106,1 Section 1. 281.58 (7) (b) 8. of the statutes is created to read:

281.58 (7) (b) 8. Projects for the reduction of infiltration and inflow in connecting laterals and sewer lines.

106,2 Section 2. 281.58 (8) (a) 2. of the statutes is amended to read:

281.58 (8) (a) 2. Connection Except as provided in sub. (7) (b) 8., connecting laterals and sewer lines that transport wastewater from structures to municipally owned or individually owned wastewater systems.
