SB896,1,2 1An Act relating to: a change to the position authority for the Department of
2Workforce Development and making an appropriation.
Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau
This bill increases the position authority for the Department of Workforce
Development by 0.2 position for the performance of services for the Division of
Worker's Compensation and makes a corresponding adjustment to an appropriation
to provide funding for the increased position authority.

an appendix to this bill.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

SB896,2,24 (1) In the schedule under s. 20.005 (3) for the appropriation to the department
5of workforce development under s. 20.445 (1) (ra), the dollar amount for fiscal year
62021-22 is increased by $10,000 to increase the authorized FTE positions for the

1department by 0.2 SEG position for the performance of services for the division of
2worker's compensation.
