1An Act to create 20.115 (7) (u) and 93.74 of the statutes;
relating to: grants for
2regional biodigesters, granting rule-making authority, and making an
3appropriation.
Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau
This bill requires the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer
Protection to provide grants for establishing regional biodigesters. Biodigesters are
used to break down organic material into gas, liquids, and solids.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
