1An Act relating to: funding for historic sites of the State Historical Society.

This bill requires the governor to allocate, from the moneys received under the
federal American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, a sufficient amount of money for the State
Historical Society to keep its historic sites open and operating in the summer of 2021.

an appendix to this bill.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

Historic sites of the state historical society. Of the moneys the governor
4accepts from the federal government under s. 16.54 pursuant to section 602 of the
5federal Social Security Act as amended by the federal American Rescue Plan Act of
62021, P.L.
117-2, the governor shall allocate a sufficient amount for the state
1historical society to keep open and operating in the summer of 2021 all historic sites
2identified in s. 44.20.
