1An Act to amend 84.103 (1t) of the statutes;
relating to: designating STH 21
2as a Purple Heart Memorial Highway.
Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau
This bill directs the Department of Transportation to designate the entire route
of STH 21 as a “Purple Heart Memorial Highway.” The bill also requires DOT to erect
a permanent memorial marker along the route to identify its designation.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

Highway Highways. The department shall
5designate USH 14 commencing at the Wisconsin-Minnesota border and proceeding
6easterly to Richland Center
and the entire route of STH 21 as
the “Purple Heart
