1An Act to create 20.115 (3) (f) of the statutes;
relating to: cranberry marketing

This bill appropriates $250,000 in each fiscal year of the 2021-23 fiscal
biennium to the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection for the
purpose of providing grants to the cranberry marketing board, also known as the
Wisconsin Cranberry Board.

an appendix to this bill.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

Cranberry marketing board grant. The department of agriculture, trade
7and consumer protection shall provide, from the appropriation under s. 20.115 (3) (f),
8a grant of $250,000 in fiscal year 2021-22 and a grant of $250,000 in fiscal year
92022-23 to the cranberry marketing board to meet one or more of the objectives of
10the board's marketing order, including market research and development, industrial
11research, and educational programs.

Effective date.
