3to provide services related to probation, extended supervision and parole, the
4intensive sanctions program under s. 301.048, the community residential
5confinement program under s. 301.046, programs of intensive supervision of adult
6offenders and minimum security correctional institutions established under s.
7301.13. No payments may be made under this paragraph for payments in accordance
8with other states party to the interstate corrections compact under s. 302.25.
9Annually, there is transferred from this appropriation account to the appropriation
10account under par. (ki) the amount of cost savings from reduced days of community
11supervision that resulted from the earned compliance credit under s. 973.156 and
12early discharge from extended supervision under s. 973.01 (5m), as reported by the
13department under s. 301.03 (6s) (b).

12account and may transfer between fiscal years funds that it transfers from the
13appropriation account under sub. (5) (kc) for the purposes specified in s. 46.485 (3r).

23Payments may be made from this appropriation account for any contracts under s.
2449.845 (4) and for any fraud investigation and error reduction activities under s.
2549.197 (1m). Moneys appropriated under this paragraph may be used to match

1federal funds received under par. (md). Notwithstanding ss. 20.001 (3) (a) and 20.002
2(1), the department may transfer funds between fiscal years under this paragraph.
3Notwithstanding ss. 20.001 (3) and 20.002 (1), the department of health services
4shall credit to this appropriation account funds for the purposes of this appropriation
5that the department transfers from the appropriation account under s. 20.435 (5)
6(bc). All funds allocated by the department but not encumbered by December 31 of
7each year lapse to the general fund on the next January 1 unless transferred to the
8next calendar year by the joint committee on finance.
