1An Act relating to: prescription drug purchasing entity study.

This bill requires the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance to conduct a
study on the viability of creating or implementing a state prescription drug
purchasing entity.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
2Section 1. Nonstatutory provisions.
3 (1) Prescription drug purchasing entity. During the 2021-2023 fiscal
4biennium, the office of the commissioner of insurance shall conduct a study on the
5viability of creating or implementing a state prescription drug purchasing entity.
