1An Act to create 20.115 (3) (d) of the statutes;
relating to: corn marketing board

This bill appropriates $500,000 in fiscal year 2022-23 to the Department of
Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection for the purpose of providing a grant to
the corn marketing board, also known as the Wisconsin Corn Promotion Board.

an appendix to this bill.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

Corn marketing board grant. The department of agriculture, trade and
7consumer protection shall provide, from the appropriation under s. 20.115 (3) (d), a
8grant of $500,000 in fiscal year 2022-23 to the corn marketing board to meet one or
9more of the objectives of the board's marketing order, including market research and
10development, industrial research, and educational programs.

Effective date.

13the 2021 biennial budget act, whichever is later.
