SB893-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB893-SA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 5: after that line insert:

SB893-SA1,1,5 “(am) “Disinterested witness” means an individual who is not designated as a TOD beneficiary on a document that he or she is acting as a witness to under this section.”.

SB893-SA1,1,7 2. Page 4, line 16: delete “witnesses" and substitute “witnesses, at least one of whom is a disinterested witness,".

SB893-SA1,1,9 3. Page 5, line 16: delete the material beginning with “and" and ending with “recording" on line 17.
