SB785-SA2,1,2 1. Page 2, line 11: delete “transfer and" and substitute “transfer, the person".

SB785-SA2,1,5 2. Page 2, line 12: delete “documents" and substitute “ documents, and the corporation approves the transfer and notifies the department of revenue of that approval".
