SB719-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB719-SA1,1,2 1. Page 10, line 22: delete lines 22 and 23 and substitute:

SB719-SA1,1,3 “ Section 27. 19.42 (7w) (f) and (g) of the statutes are created to read:

SB719-SA1,1,7 19.42 (7w) (f) An employee of a school district who holds a school administrator license or permit issued by the department of public instruction under rules promulgated by the department under s. 118.19 and whose employment requires that the individual hold that license or permit.

SB719-SA1,1,10 (g) An employee of a school district who acts as the head of facilities and maintenance and whose employment duties include making purchasing decisions or recommendations for the school district.”.
