SB688-SA2,1,2 1. Page 2, line 4: after that line insert:

SB688-SA2,1,4 “(am) “Community-based residential facility” has the meaning given in s. 50.01 (1g).”.

SB688-SA2,1,5 2. Page 3, line 3: after that line insert:

SB688-SA2,1,7 “(gm) “Residential care apartment complex” has the meaning given in s. 50.01 (6d).”.

SB688-SA2,1,11 3. Page 3, line 17: delete the material beginning with “inpatient" and ending with “facility" on line 18 and substitute “inpatient health care facility, outpatient health care facility, community-based residential facility, or a residential care apartment complex”.
