1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

21. Page 2, line 5: delete the material beginning with “under" and ending with
3“vaccines" on line 6 and substitute “ or drugs as authorized under s. 450.035”.

42. Page 2, line 10: delete the material beginning with “under" and ending with
5“vaccines" on line 11 and substitute “ or drugs as authorized under s. 450.035”.

63. Page 2, line 15: delete “vaccines," and substitute “ vaccines or drugs as
7authorized under s. 450.035,".

84. Page 4, line 15: after that line insert:

9“ Section 7m. 450.035 (2k) of the statutes is created to read:

10 450.035 (2k) A person authorized to administer a vaccine under this section
11may administer by injection epinephrine and diphenhydramine to a person
12experiencing an adverse reaction to a vaccine.”.

15. Page 4, line 17: delete “, or (2h)" and substitute “ , (2h), or (2k)".
