SB596-SA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 3: delete the material beginning with “P.O.D." and ending with “institutions; payments" on line 4 and substitute “payments”.

SB596-SA1,1,5 2. Page 1, line 5: delete the material beginning with “prohibiting" and ending with “institutions;" on line 6.

SB596-SA1,1,7 3. Page 4, line 22: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 5, line 8.

SB596-SA1,1,9 4. Page 5, line 20: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 7, line 8.
