1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

21. Page 2, line 1: before that line insert:

3“ Section 1c. 71.05 (6) (b) 34. of the statutes is repealed.”.

42. Page 2, line 1: on lines 1 and 2, delete “54." and substitute “55.".

53. Page 2, line 5: delete the material beginning with “, to the extent" and
6ending with “under subd. 34" on line 6.

74. Page 2, line 6: after that line insert:

8“ Section 1m. 71.07 (6m) (c) 4. of the statutes is amended to read:

9 71.07 (6m) (c) 4. No credit may be claimed under this subsection by an
10individual who claims the subtraction under s. 71.05 (6) (b) 34. , 2019 stats.”.

115. Page 2, line 9: after that line insert:

12“ Section 4. Initial applicability.

1(1) Repeal of subtraction for specified service. The treatment of ss. 71.05 (6)
2(b) 34. and 71.07 (6m) (c) 4. first applies to taxable years beginning after December
331, 2020.”.
