SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE BILL 381

SB381-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB381-SA1,1,2 1. Page 3, line 12: after that line insert:

SB381-SA1,1,3 “ Section 4m. 168.21 (2m) of the statutes is created to read:

SB381-SA1,1,5 168.21 (2m) “Farm tank” means an aboveground tank system installed on a farm premises, as defined in s. 102.04 (3), that is less than 5,000 gallons in capacity.”.

SB381-SA1,1,6 2. Page 4, line 2: delete “(5)" and substitute “(5) (6)".

SB381-SA1,1,7 3. Page 4, line 18: after that line insert:

SB381-SA1,1,8 “ Section 12m. 168.22 (6) of the statutes is created to read:

SB381-SA1,1,10 168.22 (6) Except for the reporting of information for the inventory described in s. 168.28 (2), this subchapter does not apply to farm tanks.”.
